As the end of trading week neared we see that the situation is pretty much unchanged since yesterday. Asian markets keep in with their slow recovery, American tech and social shares are also gaining weight which is welcome as some of the like sliding Teals stocks really had us worried there.
The situation is more calm in the currency market. With dollar being stable against the basket of major rival there is not much movement with major currencies today,
Here is what end-of-the-week trading looks like today:
Topix grew 0.4 percent.
Kospi added 0.15 percent.
Shanghai Composite declined 1.2 percent.
Hang Seng advanced 0.3 percent.
S&P 500 futures grew 0.1 percent.
Dollar was stable and barely changed against the basket of six major currencies.
Euro was little changed - $1.1267.
Yen is stable – 108.48 per dollar.
Apple recovered 1.5 percent - $185.22.
Facebook added 0.1 percent – $168.33.
Amazon rose 1 percent - $1754.36 per share.
Tesla added 4.8 - $205.95.
WTI rose 1.4 percent - $53.34 per barrel.
Brent surged 1.5 percent - $62.57 per barrel.
Gold dropped 0.45 percent - $1336.6 per ounce.
Silver decreased 0.2 percent - $14.87 per ounce.
Platinum increased 0.1 percent – $805.46.
