Live forex signals
Live forex signals are generated using real-time market data, current prices, live sentiment indices, and up-to-the-minute news. They differ from delayed signals, which are based on yesterday's close or a periodic batch process.
What makes a signal truly live
- Live price feed: entry price reflects the current bid/ask, not yesterday's close
- Real-time sentiment: Fear & Greed index, news headlines fetched within the last hour
- Preset TP/SL: fixed distances tuned per market (majors 40/25 pips, JPY 60/35, gold and crypto 300/150)
How SignalsTrades provides live data
Prices are fetched via Yahoo Finance at signal generation time. News is pulled via NewsAPI and scored by AI every 30 minutes. The Fear & Greed index is live from alternative.me. All inputs are current when you click Generate.
Signal caching, what it means for you
Signals are cached for 5 minutes per pair to avoid redundant API calls. If you generate EUR/USD at 14:00:00 and another user generates EUR/USD at 14:01:30, they get the same signal. After 5 minutes, a fresh signal is generated with the latest data.
How old is the price in the signal?
At most 5 minutes old. The cache expires every 5 minutes, so the entry price is always near-live. For fast-moving markets, enter within 5 minutes of generating the signal.
Are signals updated automatically?
No. You generate a signal on demand. The system does not push alerts except via the Telegram channel, where new signals are broadcast automatically.
